Thanks, Bob S, David, Bob W, Bruce and Derby! I was waiting for someone to walk into the frame in an appropriate position, but the blue shoes were pure luck. The program is surprisingly controversial; no one waits the bike racks in from of their apartment building or on the edge of their park.
