I think if the BW one had less contrast I might prefer it. As they are I
prefer the colour one. I like the detail in the foreground boat and the slight
fogginess of the background one.

Prefer the bw. For me there's an unpleasant overall green tinge or
cast to the colour version.

The Color version is almost monochrome, there is more detail in the hull
of the boat most noticeably but other placed in the image as well due to
the color version being slightly lower contrast. I'm not sure which I
prefer, I was tempted to attempt a conversion of the color to try to
match
Thanks, Bruce! Very kind of you.

I think I took about three frames and after that it was gone.
It was always going to be a bw shot, even before I put camera to eye. I might
do a colour version to see how things look. It won't look much different but
might be worth a try.
Thanks again, and thanks to everyone

Beautiful - very peaceful... the horizon almost lost in the fog and the
two ships sorta mirroring each other - very cool!

The horizon is actually there, behind the boat in te distance. Hard to see but
it's there.
I was being ironic with the title.

Very well seen,
Horizon? We don't need no steeenking horizon.
Nice image. The repetition caused by the distant boat make the image special.

I like this. The horizon almost disappears but there’s a faint suggestion of
