Hi Steve. If you connect a flash to the camera, ie, the AF400T and plug it into the X socket on the side of the body,you can set the shutter speed dial to X (for 1/30 sync speed) or ,any speed slower than 1/60. If you find a 90 f2.8 LS lens the flash will sync from the shutter release on the le
