mentioned high ISO getting him sharp, well focused images at the
expense of having pretty pixels. I thought I'd give it a try. I
cranked up the speed for a dawn shoot a few days ago and left it

I like these! I'm also glad that the snow didn't make it this far east (though
we got clobbered in December when you didn't).
Out of curiosity: The exif shows that you shot these at very high ISO and
shutter speed. A boo-boo or on purpose?
