The one I got had an https with a youtube tease and an address that

as long as you don't follow links in messenger you are safe..
my rule of thumb in facebook is never to open any message from any
friend unless the
tease line (that shows in the notification panel) is very specific
Another great reason to stay the hell away from Facebook in particular and
social media in general.
