This works to a point...
Pattern = "~[^>]*/"
And then a /s on the remains, but I wish I could
get the ~ and / out so I don't have to do the /s.

Absolutely, Yes - 2000 and 97 use different versions of the Jet database
engine and hence a different ODBC driver, although the later driver is meant
to be, somewhat, backward compatible. There is no way, that I know of, to
have the same driver accessing both types of file successfully wit

to look in ComSpec for the command interpreter specification
(fair enough), and then grabs the whole string, choking

I'm trying to use AS with the borland compiler bcc version 5.5
I've compiled the source with apparently no problems (except the fact that I
miss some html files in the 'html' directory as 'index.html'). But now whe I
try to compile I get some errors:
