I've been using rsync on various *NIX platforms for years. Lately, I have more and more need to backup windows systems to remote disk, and I have not identified a ``good'' solution. Is there somewhere a Perl rsync? Is the performance tolerable? Are there _free_ or OSS solutions that you windows

I have looked at the problem machine(XP Professional) and looked at two others (one running xp prof and one w2k). They both come back with the correct time. The time on the machine is correct, but for 0927 PDT I get 1627 PDT. Now I get the incorrect error whether I use MKS Kornshell or

Why do you need to convert to binary? If I understand your message correctly, you simply set the eprom programmer to receive data in Intel hex format, then download the Intel hex file to the programmer. You should not have to do the conversion. If you really want to convert, here is a web page tha
