Learning Perl on win32 Systems [Schwartz, Olson, & Christiansen]
[published by O'Reilly, ora.com]
or
Elements of Programming with Perl [Andrew John
I think the O'Reilly books are an excellent source for learning Perl.
I also like Perl in 21 days.
