For some reason, when I think of Rakudo Perl 6, I imagine something

I think if the logo alluded to something revolving around a xmas
present would be appropriate.

I'm trying to build Rakudo as a prelude to getting started in development. I'm
trying to build under Cygwin on a Vista-64 system. I'm configuring the system
with ./Configure.pl --gen-parrot. Parrot downloads from svn and builds quite
nicely. I run make and it compiles, but doesn't want

linguistic roots. That, more than anything else I can think of, is

for Perl6, and then creating a Rakudo logo based on the Perl6 logo and the
