Seems to be broken, likely because of the changed dynamic load sequence,
specifically the split between init_lib and load_lib.

-- I'm in the root directory of Parrot --
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.:blib/lib
make -s
make shared
make -C dynoplibs
