Ummm, a bit melodramatic. I would think visitors carry in a lot of carpet
beetles and moths, and other things tracked in on shoes etc, and constantly
opening doors far more likely to allow pests to enter. But i am glad they
are raising public consciousness about the importance of IPM.

I have no experience in freezing vacuum cleaners so far. But I have heard that the filtration capacity/ dust retention ability of the vacuum bags may change after washing. You should verify this by contacting the manufacturer of the vacuum cleaner.
