My best guess is 1-2mm in diameter. The images were taken at 60x and ,100x,
respectfully. From another photo of the eggs on the textile (that I can't seem
to upload from my phone right now) they look to be about that size, 1-2mm.

I know shrivel of eggs after treatment with controlled atmospheres (Anoxia). So
I can imagine that freezing does the same.
