In retrospect, this is the problem I also had - But I put it down to the UI
being a bit confusing about what you were loading.
I will give some constructive feedback on the UI as like others, I think the
underlying idea is very good.

In short, I think that when I select multiple changes, epicea applies them
in wrong order, so, if for example a single method is changed two times,
Epicea first creates newer
