i got the browscap.ini from http://www.cyscape.com/browscap/
and installed it in:
/usr/local/lib/browscap.ini
then i added browscap = /usr/local/lib/browscap.ini
in the php.ini
but
$test = get_browser();
echo $test;
gives an empty response.
