I've added my PHP folder to the system path. I think this can do the same as
putting in in D:\windows. My problem has been solved.

Are you seeing the same error message, or is it not working in a different
way?
If it's the same way:
1. Did you restart Apache?
2. What does say about php.ini?
3. What does say about MySQL?
