In zh translation molude team, we noticed that the Comment Line above
the Revision Tracking Line in xml files should be '$Author$', but not
'$AUTHOR'. When you pursue a CVS Commit, cvs will replace it with '$Author :
username$', in which username is the cvs username of the commiter of the
file
