I'm trying to use the supplied stylesheets in the xsl dir of phpdoc for
checking my work. I'm not having a lot of luck. I'm using saxon.jar to apply
the phpweb.xsl sheet to en/reference/xslt/functions/xslt-set-base.xml and it
