[PHP-DOC] German (again)?

Hello all, When I go to php.net/variables, I get German. I confirmed with Dave that this isn't just a problem on my end. I didn't follow the shmop_open problem closely, but is this the same problem? Yes, my pref is set to english, and my browser is accepting english only. S
