The good question to ask, as we're talking about XML (only logic is
involved here, not rendering), is :
Do this "if" really belong in a literal ?
At first sight, the answer is yes.
That was my question, too.
I'm on the fence.. yes, "if" should be literal... but in a title?.. not
sure there.
