Hi folks,
Since the Docbook5 changes were introduced, we're still not able to make
tests and generate the Bulgarian (phpdoc-bg) version of the manual.
Running "make test" issues the following output:
SP_ENCODING=XML SP_CHARSET_FIXED=YES /usr/local/bin/onsgmls -i lang-bg
-D . -s phpbook/phpbo
