Are there any precompiled versions of PHP that can actually be used to
build the docs?
I've also tried PHP 5.3.2.
Do I really need to build PHP from scratch to validate the docs?

I've drafted some initial documentation for PECL/mysqlnd_qc.
I didn't want to do the initial release of PECL/mysqlnd_qc without any
php.net documentation being ready but only having the MySQL Forge Wiki
page [1] and some presentations [2] available.
My documentation draft (XML) is availa
