You need to update your 'en' checkout every once in a while, as long
with the doc-base changes
$ cd doc-ro
$ svn update doc-base en ro
Should do the trick.

Also, I think you can safely re-enable it as Hannes already fixed the build.

I've fixed the ro build, the problem was the renaming of the yield ID,
see http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revision&revision=329540
I suspect you didn't get that error as your 'doc-base' or 'en'
checkouts are out of date.
