I am not sure that the 'Thin Changes' title is a good choice... It will
not be clear from the TOC what this section is supposed to be about.
Maybe 'Backward Incompatible Changes' would be a better title? I am note
sure...

We do manual wrapping on XML files, so in place of lines 16 and 58 in
the file you sent more lines should be present after wrapping...
Otherwise (given that I don't have a clue on ircg :), the docs seem to
be fine.
