For the record, I got bit by this too. Root on LVM got toasted, hard.

gnustep-make 2.0.0 allows the option of using FHS paths rather than
Gnustep Flattened or Gnustep deep layouts. Any objection to porting the
few gnustep specs over?

I'd love to add my friend apollotiger to CVS. He's helped me with ruby
and gaim specs off and on, and is using PLD on most of his machines,
building a lot from CVS anyway and finding things to fix.
