The current status is I have finished this project (as of revision
11296) for our C code. Because of all the different comment styles
that have been transformed and eyeballed, the logic in
scripts/convert_comment.py is much tighter now. For example, it
allows continued comments (// lines terminat
Well, the C++ code comment style update was much easier than the
corresponding C update because there were many fewer lines to look at.
This style update has been completed as of revision 11298.
