hires+ version for 1.7.1?

I got ride of the rest since it is not necessary anymore. I got it working (are you using my code to decode the PalmDoc?) and I really like it! I would like to get the bookmarks (if any) converted as well please! I sure hope this can be added to the JPluck distribution! Thanks, Jeffrey
