My Senior Network Admin updated our xrdp and we dont have this problem
anymore but he used an rpm.

I ran the test on 64-bit Karmic and it returned a non-zero value:
$ cat /proc/sys/vm/mmap_min_addr
65536
I guess it doesn't affect those using 64-bit version of the kernel?
