books use cups I guess)

Could this be caused by a localle or location setup on the Chromebook?
I do not have Chromebook, but can imagine someone deciding that English or
time zone selects all sorts of things, including metric paper size. If this
theory is valid US-english and/or US timezone could make the difference.

Thank you guys, I am going to do some more testing based on what you all
have said. I know it all goes through Chrome browser, here is what I have
seen. A document on her machine that is in standard Letter format, will
print
just fine, a document pulled from her Google drive will print just fine.

I know that this is a Chromebook, but I PLUG has the answers (well
Chrome OS is Linux under the hood)
I bought my wife a Chromebook (she wanted it, at least it was not
