Ok everything I said was basically correct, but try this instead.
Isolate the media url but this time use the rtsp:// instead of http://
Copy it, then open VLC
Go to "File->Open Network"
Paste the url into the Media Resource Locator Fiel

Even if Cisco sold them at cost to the telcos, I assume they still make
good money on the DSLAMs the DSL modems would require, much less the
routers for the infrastructure.
Cisco's 67x series devices are indeed money losers for Cisco...they just
keep on working...
