My best sources are craigslist, UPHPU (for non-php jobs too on
occasion) and this list. Then again I'm not job hunting much and if
the conditions are right I'll take a contract off Craigslist (you
gotta be careful though...) So it may not be for you.

I post all our openings at UnitedHealth Group on PLUG and the SLLUG
jobs list - check the SLLUG jobs archive if I haven't posted anything
on PLUG recently. I know our recruiters surf Monster.com and
approach candidates directly - not sure if we have any postings on
there as well.
