I took the battery off. Same issues. When i was in the bios and the
orange light started blinking, the buzzer also beeped along with the
light. The temps are all in the 70s or lower range. Could it be a power
supply problem? The house does have a grounding issue I think.

If it is in fact a battery issue, a quick search says that the Galago Pro is a
Clevo N130BU, of which plenty of eBay results turn up for a battery:

You'll probably want to pop it open to confirm the model number before you
order though.

My galago pro is acting weird. It runs for a few minutes, then the power
led starts blinking orange, and then it shuts down. The battery is
pretty much dead. But it was working fine on AC power. Any ideas what it
could be? Its 2.5 years old. I'm in India right now so I cannot set it
to system
