Blvd at the 101 is starting to get to the point of reasonable deals on
whatever's still in the store.

Actually, in Windows you set the Default ServerName to localhost and use name
based virtuals, using the ip address 127.0.0.1.
Again, layering on php.ini and my.cnf or whatever else, with a good security
test of all configurations, is ESSENTIAL!

This might be related not to the drive but how the drive is connected.
If it is sata it should be ok. But if its IDE then it might be useing
something like a j-micron controller.
