I think you have to give them a credit card and you must cancel within the first 14 days. If you cancel, it converts to a free account otherwise they charge you. I use No-ip.biz. You have to run the script to update your ip with the package called noip2. You also have to login to the site

You still have to actually ADD a new printer. I am assuming Ubuntu here but I would bet it is nearly the same for every Linux Desktop. When you do, select network printer and the printing setup will probably find it. If not you might have to doing it manually from the IP. I've never had to do
