Hello All I have laptop (IBM ThinkPad) with internal modem. Modem is deteced as /dev/ttyS3. I am using Fedora Core 4. While dialing to VSNL i get the error "No Dial Tone". I have tried with setting the init string with ATX3 or ATZ. I also tried with check/ucheck the setting "wait for dial tone".
