Just go to tata indicom website, find out Appellate Authority and Zonal Officer/Manager's contact details. write a mail to them keeping customer service in Cc. If this does not work go to TRAI website get mail id for broadband complaints and put them in Cc as well... Both the above mentioned

I have micromax funbook P500, which does not have a SIM, but supports internet connectivity with USB modem. But I don't find an option to share this connection over wifi. There are apps to do that, but apps don't help. They just give an error message that I should enable tethering first. I have
