At a guess I'd say you don't have the LastFM plugin properly installed ... you say you have the "plugin.pm" file inthe plugins folder: thats not quite right, you should have a folder called LastFM in the plugins folder: this folder should contain the plugin.pm and an HTML directory. Have another

You should have an option from the player menu under Internet Radio titled "LastFM" if you have BOTH the scrobbler and last.fm plugins loaded correctly. If you right arrow over on Last.FM and press play it should start playing your "scrobbler" feed. This assumes you've gone into the web page and
