I took your advice and ran the MM analysis overnight with wired Ethernet

Hey Ceejay:
Thanks and of course that worked just fine. I obviously missed the part
about putting the whole folder into the plugins directory so would seond
those who've mentioned a userguide.
Thanks again!

At a guess I'd say you don't have the LastFM plugin properly installed
... you say you have the "plugin.pm" file inthe plugins folder: thats
not quite right, you should have a folder called LastFM in the plugins
folder: this folder should contain the plugin.pm and an HTML
directory.

Looks like it works perfectly. Just played RTE Radio 1 for about 50

You should have an option from the player menu under Internet Radio
titled "LastFM" if you have BOTH the scrobbler and last.fm plugins
loaded correctly.
If you right arrow over on Last.FM and press play it should start
playing your "scrobbler" feed. This assumes you've gone into the web
page and

Did you reinstall using the AlienBBC experimental installer or did you

each button twice to get a result. I'll try to record the Sony TV

Have been having the problem of BBC streams playing for 5 minutes and

Hi kefa
Thank you for trying and using IR Learning.
Here's the explanation why it didn't work without manually trimming the
learned IR command. There is a maximum of codes (mark/space) the
firmware can handle for one IR command and if an IR command is longer

I've built a version of Mplayer with the latest sources. I used Neil's
configure parameters. It seems to work on my system (both RTe and BBC).
You can find it at the url below. Save your orginal mplayer in case
you need to revert.
