Could you try to do an export to MusicIP from TrackStat and then goto: http://localhost:9000/log.txt and refresh the page once in a while. Look out for anything saying "Failed" or "Error", when the export is finished you should see a message like: "TrackStat:MusicMagic: Export completed in xxx se

Yes, reducing gain is the only way to avoid clipping. The log file looks fine. You should install the latest version (http://inguzaudio.com/installation) which fixes the "HASH()" message and the EQ sometimes not responsing to changes. SoftSqueeze support is broken right now - sorry about that.
