official Spotify plugin, which is lacking now in many aspects. Since my

display looks fine, but when I switch to another artist page, the view
reverts to small artwork even though albumview option still has large
artwork highlighted.

playing of music: Album art, search, play lists. All worked. But no

Contact Logitech support if you like help to solve your problem.
Generally speaking the Spotify service sometimes have connection
problems and probably specifically

I d/l Squeezebox Server 7.5.5 and installed it but in the startup
process it stops. When I open the config screen it opens but I cannot
fill in my username or password. Anyone who has a clue?

I have been having weird problems with my Vortexbox appliance +
Squeezebox Touch, and the server power control plugin.
I set it to hibernate the server after inactivity, and also at a
specified hour each night. The hibernation process works fine every
time.

I'm running 7.5.5 server on my Mac and saw 3rd Party Spotify Plugin
listed under recommended plugins. I checked it and made the stupid
mistake of checking the Update plugins

I've just verified the hunch posted over at GetSatisfaction regarding
adding audio_enable_norm:0 to the Spotify settings file. It does
disable volume normalisation on Intel! (Tested on Linux x86_64 with
v1.4.2 of the plugin.)

That's strange it didn't seem to work for
I've deleted the other files. But using the track Tomorrow from the
Bugsy Malone soundtrack. (Which is a good test track as it has dynamic
range and isn't compressed to hell, riding the limiter). Calculated
track RG relative to 89db

Thanks for the pointers. After shutting the server down once again and
walking away for a while, I came back, loaded it up, and the plugin was
displayed and installed. I did reenable the Logitech Spotify plugin. My
issue with the Spotify menu item on the Boom was I went into the menu
settings for
I just bought a premium account, and triode's plugin works very well.
A couple of worrisome moments until I opened my firewall for the helper
app, and checked the security advanced settings to allow other IP's in.
Sound quality seems noticeably better than Napster, and the music
selection
Just wondering: Why didn't Logitech take the same approach to supporting
Spotify? Are there technical or legal reasons that they couldn't release
an SBS plugin that would proxy the connection to all players, instead of
limiting support to only the Radio and Touch?

Great plugin! I'm finally able to use Spotify in the US.
Was wondering whether there's a way to sort or browse by artist and/or
album within the Starred music folder. It's extremely difficult to
navigate my Spotify library within the plugin without this
functionality.

I believe Logitech's version supports both syncing and playing
different Spotify streams on different players simultaneously.
