Does that work? You can't decide the output route for SqueezePlay, does
AirFoil get the data from the sound driver?
Sync still would not work, though. As of my experience, AirPlay
buffeting times are not very predictable.

Thanks for this plugin, so cool, just what I needed.
It works fine now, but first try with this URL and it just wouldn't add
it to playlist or play it. So then I tried your J-Lo test URL on page 1
here and that worked, then I tried my one and it just worked! :) One
happy bunny.

Ok, of course.
_that_ works with iPeng, too, but I doubt it's really want the OP is
after, and I always feel it's pretty awkward to use an iPhone/iPad as a
router plus you are sending two streams over your WiFi and you'll never
get it in sync.

That does make sense, however why is this only happening with your 3rd
party app. I am able to listen to tracks without any issue at all on
the Squeezebox Radio using the official Spotify app. Only when I use
the 3rd party app to stream to the duet do I get the problem.

No devices connected to the Touch, I'm streaming from LMS on the

Do you have a USB drive attached to the Touch or is the music coming
from LMS on the Windows machine ?
Just asking
The HTTP API port number is 10002 by default. It is set for MiP Headless
in the mmm.ini file. You should make sure MiP Headless and the MusicIP
plugin in LMS are set to use the same port, presumably 10002. Charles
Parker at Spicefly has reported that if the MiP GUI is exporting

Finally got back to this. I lowered the ip subnet address of my local

matter. Whitebear still seems to be confused. It's a pretty cool add

Both albums are MP3 with ID3v2.3 tags and embedded artwork as well as a

Hi Vagskal,
I have learned the hard way! When I started the library, some
considerable time ago, I hadn't heard of dbpoweramp. Neither did I
know much about MP3's or Flac. I knew about iPods etc, but the sound
they produce wasn't to my liking! It sounded so compressed.
I re-ripped my early lib
Just to be clear on process:
1. Renamed
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/xAP/Strings.txt
to strings.txt (I'm running on Linux)
2. Changed the entry for targetApplication id in the
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/plugin-data.yaml from "SqueezeCenter"
to "Squeezebox Server"
Now tested on 7.7.1 with above fixes.
