Just completely rebooted the NAS. Opened LMS webgui, clicked on Spotify, clicked on Top 100 tracks and clicked on a random song. It looks like it starts to play (seconds start counting up) then stops. No sound ever comes out. I tried this with several other tracks and the result was the same

OK, so I have now disabled the UFW ubuntu firewall and the iptables are set to: -P INPUT ACCEPT -P FORWARD ACCEPT -P OUTPUT ACCEPT Which I am presuming means everything is open. Unfortunately this has not made any difference.
