I don't use it that often, but it has always worked fine on my Stick.

Yes, Raspbian. Took a while to get CUPs running properly and my LMS
library persistently connected, so loath to change it now really.
Everything (apart from Spotify) is running like a dream.

Thanks for your replies. It is no real problem, and certainly nothing
I'd see as a reason to stop using Squeeze Ctrl, but it just seemed
strange, that both the LMS webinterface and Orange Squeeze will open the
"Albums" or "Tracks" list from a search result without delay, while
Squeeze Ctrl. takes
Perhaps any chance of getting this working on Windows based
installations? Now that we lost XM this would fill in the gap nicely!

OK, I understand that. BubbleUpnp applies some sorting that makes Albums
with the actualy search word appear first, then all the other stuff. I'm
not sure how well that works though. Tbh, I think deactivating the
sorting for now is perfectly fine, since Qobuz said they are planning to
improve
Btw...do you have any idea what the "autocomplete" call in the Qobuz API
is for? Is it for suggesting similar artists or something?

I was poking through their API and stumbled over it, just curious
whether
Just checking - does SB Player work OK on a Fire TV Stick ? It works

Guess it should ... getting my stick tomorrow - so can test over the
weekend. I wonder how LMS handles 2 players with the same name?

A little technical question here:
I used you app to control my LMS/Squeezelite setups. The strange thing

load of my Server (Odroid U3) spikes to 100%

I guess it's some kind of a very quick search function, which returns a
minimum of information in favour of speed. That would be used in a live
search like input
I think we really need somebody to take over work on the GMusic Plugin.
It still works (with a few small workarounds) but as soon as something
changes in the Gmusic-API again it will break again.
Maybe Philippe_44 can be convinced to take it over?
Yep, sounds right. They use that on their website. Thanks!

Can you explain what extra "work" your app creates on the server that
makes it slow down so much? The Odroid is not exactly slow...
Enable some debugging on the server to see what it's chewing on. Eg.
artwork, or network.http, or control.queries.
I could imagine that the app is pulling in
This release adds sports scores for NBA and College Basketball to the
weather.com version of SDT. It also updates NFL games so the time for
upcoming games is displayed instead of "U". As recommended by
@mbonsack, NFL and NBA games now show the National TV network where the
game will be

You can rename via the App itself - mine's called SB Player Bedroom
which isn't the default.

I have just got piCoreplayer working on the Pi 7" LCD and am using
Jivelite with the joggler skin.
I noticed that the VU meter and Spectrum analyser Now Playing displays
are affected by the volume level.
Has this (unusual) behaviour been discussed / decided on by anyone
anywhere ?
I have

Pushed update in dev repository
- Volume synchronization between player remote controle and LMS should
not be complete
- For players that accept icy metadata, title should now be updated when
listening to webradio like Radio Paradise (to verify that your player

Thanks Michael,
I think I might have found it, but not 100% sure, since the delay is
still there, but the CPU on the Server no longer spikes to 100% but

It only happens on Squeeze Ctrl though, and that's the only app that
