Main changes:
- Refresh player status when app gets focus on mobile.
- If library_id is set, then pass down to all subsequent list
commands.

If you give an example of one of the URLs that is failing then it will
probably make it easier to diagnose.

Philippe have you had a look as to why I cant create an xml file? I can
see this in the log and it keeps crashing and restarting. What ever I do
the XML never gets created.
