I guess it was a misstake buying a Zyxel, it doesn't seem to have so much options to install what you like. Use the NAS for what it is designed to be: a Network Attached Storage. And get a Raspberry Pi to run LMS on, reading the files from the NAS. It's pretty straight forward using

Not sure if it is relevant but AFAICT Net::SSLeay was not installed on the default Pi Buster installation. The LMS InsecureHTTPS option is only available in 8.0.0 and not in 7.9.* However having installed Net::SSLeay - problem still remains.

I've noticed in the last few days that Tidal is only showing 482 of my 1489 Tidal "favourited" albums. This both in the Tidal LMS app and through Online Music Service Integration on a scan. These lists currently indeed are limited to 500 items (why there are only 482 I'm not sure yet). The
