I guess it was a misstake buying a Zyxel, it doesn't seem to have so
much options to install what you like.
Use the NAS for what it is designed to be: a Network Attached Storage.
And get a Raspberry Pi to run LMS on, reading the files from the NAS.
It's pretty straight forward using

Anything _should_ be valid, but there was a bug I (thought I) fixed a

There should be a way to get module up to date but I don't know MacOS.
In some case the module is not updated if the MacOS is "old" (don't

Not sure if it is relevant but AFAICT Net::SSLeay was not installed on
the default Pi Buster installation.
The LMS InsecureHTTPS option is only available in 8.0.0 and not in 7.9.*
However having installed Net::SSLeay - problem still remains.
When I used wget (from Windows) I had to tell it to
--no-check-certificate
and it was reporting that the host was not found in the SAN ... but it
did.
However, it was an old wget - so once I saw that the SAN was correct I
did not dig deeper (but I left the comment in the other thread).
Paul
Ignore the Pi/Buster wget results - it was due to default permission on
directory preventing a "write". wget now works.
However, this may be a clue to PlayHLS issue.

No, it should just continue to work. Unless you restart and it fails to
