the UpnP-DLNA plugin.
Strangly there is no mention about this compatibility in their manual or
specification sheet.

It looks like including the "description" attribute prevents Material
from showing the playable items.

wow, I've manually edited protocol.pm
and the plugin and I am now able to play the stream natively, and i can
skip through the tracks.
Still hadn't had any early stops. but I will keep testing the couple
