I am unused to Shortcuts. A more detailed look revealed that the WOL app
has an action to send the packet, which is all I need. On first lookI
only found the option to open the app.

Maybe there is a WOL app that can be configured to invoke a URL x

I have now created an iPhone shortcut that does the following:
Opens a WOL app.
Waits a while,
Opens Material skin.
During the waiting period I can manually get the WOL app to send the
wake command.
I would really like to do without the manual action. I wonder

I've posted about this a couple of times, and months later still haven't
found a solution.
I am trying to get an online radio station going (via Live365) and want
to use Spicefly Sugarcube in combination with the old SqrSoft
crossfading plug-in of 20+ years ago.
I was able to use the UPnP/DLNA

Unfortunately, when the pCP Pi is set as a stand alone player with no
Wi-Fi connection, none of the tracks it plays are stored in the 'What
Was That Tune?' log. In fact, when disconnected from Wi-Fi or LAN, LMS
doesn't even show the 'What Was That Tune?' option under the 'My Apps'
menu.

I have that plugin installed and had the same thought last
Rpi Dac uses the pcm1794a codec driver
The generic (same as hifiberry Dac) uses the pcm5102a codec driver.
Use the one that works better for you.

iPeng does have WOL capability

If you have a medium to large library, the limited memory might become
an issue. Enabling swap, will help.
A pi3B+ with 1Mb ram, or a pi4 with 2mb will make the LMS interface much
more responsive.

another system question :
i use a pi A+ with 512 ram
under the test tab in advanced power management it list the ram as 256
could this be a problem ?

These devices are, in general, used to set the date/time in the
operating system.
So, once it is working, it would be used by LMS etc without having to do
anything else.
The challenge is that pCP uses piCore which is a specialised operating
system and does not have everything in it that some

You know that you can create a WebApp on the Homescreen for Material
Skin ("Send to" and then "To home screen". (I only translated the German
texts, I don't know the correct english texts))?
pi4 4gb picoreplayer with lms and squeezelite for usb
I've just installed Material Skin on my iPhone. Looks nice. I'm
wondering if there is a clever way to do one thing I want.
My LMS runs on my Mac Mini (using Big Sur). If the Mac is asleep then
using the power button on the remote wakes up the server and connects.
If I am using the iPhone, I
Hello,
I have the following problem with the UPNP bridge:
Within the first few seconds of playing a track, I always hear a slight
crack.
The client is KEF LS50 Wireless II and I mostly stream from Qobuz.
Anyone who had a similar problem and found a solution?

I dont think the RPi will get the date/time from the Android phone
without some sort of helper.
However, adding a battery backed up RTC to the RPi is relatively cheap
and very easy (unless it is competing for GPIO pins).

Might need some work to have it
