The XML file is a plugin "repository" definition.
You add the URL to the bottom of the page of plugins in LMS Default web
interface.

I have made a small technical change to make it simpler to update the
custom conf template that is generated. v0.9.39
These now live in a script called TemplateConfig.pm
I am not suggesting that anyone should need to edit this, but if you
understand how the custom.conf setup works

I have also lost myapps in LMS. Removed LMS to reinstall it but now LMS
repository is not accessible either. Nothing has changed in my network.

Wow. Thank you for your prompt reply. I've been trying all afternoon to
get Spotty Connect working with all sorts of settings. Vain. I had
already given up and saw that it works on my son's cell phone. It was
now clear that it had to be the mobile app on the smartphone. I logged
out of the app

it was hard to trace as with
google music the chromecast was functionally normal but with LMS it was
not.
Spotty works well and I've been using it for a while. However, the
connect function does not work at all. I have ticked all the boxes. I
use Spotty on a Synology. What could be the problem?
Are you still using LMS with DSM6? Or in Docker? Anything in server.log?

Ha, no worries, my system has been stable ever since you did the dual
location tweak a while back, so re-links are rarely needed now on my

Yep, they've deprecated that portal. You now have to use the mobile app
which is not very suited to linking my LMS skills.

Yes. Deleting localStorage can be done but is separate from deleting
cookies/history.

Your browser remembers the uuid in localStorage. If you use the same
browser that you used when you originally linked, then you will see the
same uuid.
