The icon won't work with the lastest SqueezeCenter beta - Alien needs a small update to support this. I've attached the revised install.xml file below which you can replace the current alien one with if you want to try. -- Triode

Cool. I found the missing directory and copied mplayer.sh into it. Success. Now the only thing I gave missing is the ALien BBC icon in the Internet Radio selection from the home folder in squeezecenter ? Any ideas on that one ? -- grifforama -

mplayer.sh lives (or used to live, in SlimServer 6.5.x) in a folder named "bin" inside the SlimDevices folder in the Library. My installation is for one user only, so I am referring to ~/Library. I expect the relevant Library is /Library if installed for all users. -- danco

We are pleased announce a new release of AlienBBC. This release is a beta release of v2.00 and is only compatible with SqueezeCenter 7.0. As this is a BETA release we cannot a fully support it, also if things change in 7.0 then this release may stop working - it has been tested with revision r1502
