The easiest solution to this is probably just to merge the two files
into a single file and name it as "China Cat & Know You Rider" or
something similar.
Making this as a plugin would be possible, but the taggning would be
non standard so you won't get any support to make it easy to tag the
track
There was some discussion about how this might be accomplished with a
plugin over at this thread, no progress as far as I know.

so I honestly do not know how a programmer would go about setting this
up so a server would know which songs go together. But there may be
