I could be wrong here but I found that Spotty Replay Gain works better
if transcoded to flac. :confused:

areas) also offer further Audio Settings, which they refer to as "Volume
Levels" = Loud, Normal and Quiet - which I surmise (from their
non-audiophile descriptions!) is dynamic range compression.
