Odd. This may be a Vista issue - something to do with startup
permissions and adminsitartor settings - i'll need to read war and
peace that is the Vista issues sticky and check it out.
I've just fixed the problem by stopping and exiting both itunes and
slim and then restarting the slim tray tool

Something strange is going on. Itunes 7.4 has stopped working now,
with the same symptons, despite it working OK when I tested it last
night.

I've downgraded to 7.4.3.1 (which was the version of iTunes I installed
when I did my Vista upgrade) and everything is fine. The latest version
of iTunesUpdate is installed on to 6.5.4 of Slimserver and all is
working fine.
I'd say there's definitely a reason to be scared of 7.5!

Is anyone else seeing this? You're the first person to report it so

Are there any errors in the SlimServer log? Anything about being unable
to open iTunes?
